About Me

LawsonTexas Farms was started in 2021. We are hobbyist beekeepers located in Highlands, Texas. The bees gather from local forage in East Harris County. The honey is harvested, extracted, and bottled on site. Availability is subject to seasonal fluctuation of weather and nectar sources.

Raw, natural honey will crystallize over time. To re-liquify, it is recommended to heat container in a water bath not to exceed 105F & stir or shake.

Do not feed honey to children under 1 year old.
